Mothers’ Union

We meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 2.00 pm with a short service, and on the 3rd Wednesday at 7.30pm, except August.

We have speakers from our congregation and from a wider field. Also demonstrations and social events. We support the Christmas Child charity.

MISSION:

To promote and support married life
To encourage parents in their role to develop the faith of their children
To maintain a worldwide fellowship of Christians united in prayer, worship and service
To promote conditions in society favourable to stable family life and the protection of children
To help those whose family life has met with adversity

We pray for families around the world.
Bless the work of the Mother’s Union

through the encouragement, strengthening

CHRISTMAS MEETINGS The Afternoon group joined the Christian Aid Lunch and shared their very good meal. This was a departure from going out to a local restaurant and seemed to be welcomed.
